Event Information & Entry Protocols
To ensure a safe and premium experience for all ticket holders, please follow the guidelines below:
- Ticket Entry: Please present the digital confirmation barcode or a printed premium copy at the gate scanner.
- Gate Timing: Doors open 1.5 hours prior to the show (05:00 PM onwards). Guests are advised to arrive early.
- Seating Assignment: Seating is arranged by ticket class columns (Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP). Greeters are on standby inside the lobby.
- Photography Rules: Professional camera kits are strictly prohibited inside the main auditorium without coordinator approval badges.
- Safety & Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. Organizers hold full authority over protocol compliance.
